The Epping Connection is Epping’s first coworking space. A creative, friendly, and inclusive space where we are building a community and providing you with a space to grow your business and your personal network.
Our Story
Epping is a thriving Essex town with such a great set of businesses!
But what’s been missing for a long time is a dedicated office space that is flexible and doesn’t require signing contracts or leases for these busy professionals to get their work done and socialize. That’s why I (Sukh) set up The Epping Connection!
With our coworking space, local professionals have the option to come work on their own or have team and client meetings in our meeting rooms.
Our community managers, Sarah and Jenna, will welcome you and help you find the right plan, manage your bookings, and look after you while you’re working from our space.

I’m the Managing Director of TEC!
I’ve lived in Epping for about 10 years, my family has gone to school in town, and we are regulars at Stonards Hill, cycling through the forest and enjoying the friendly people who live here. I’m thrilled to start a local business that will directly support our local economy and give a great space for professionals to come together and build a great shared working space together.
Sarah
Sarah is one of our Community Managers at TEC and has been with us since we opened. She’s really into her fitness, healthy living and really enjoys walking through Epping Forest. Sarah loves exploring new places, and does so whenever she can. At TEC, Sarah loves it when coworkers bring their dogs in. You can rely on her for good chats and she loves it when we have member events where she can get to know our members.
Jenna
Jenna is also a Community Manager at TEC and has also been with us since day one. Jenna is a fan of metal music, and generally all things rock as well! She is a fan of horror movies in particular, and really enjoyed decorating TEC for Halloween! (We actually won the Epping Town award in 2021 for best dressed Halloween door!) Jenna is a cat lover, and also loves that TEC is a pet-friendly office!
